* The Poet Midnight Blue Leather Tote Bag with the following changes:
* Dimensions: 24cm High. 27cm Wide. and 8cm Deep
* Magnetic closure will be replaced with a zipper on the closure (zipper to have leather toggle)
* No handles, just shoulder adjustable strap
* Inside pockets: one side - one big zipper pocket. The other side two big open pockets. All pockets to be deep [ 16cm]
* Hardware in silver

Returns
Since our products are custom-made/handcrafted, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.

Returns are only accepted if the item you received is defective, damaged.

Refunds
If you receive a defective, damaged product please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

You will be required to provide proof (such as photos or videos) of the issue.

Once approved, we will either:

Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

Provide a replacement item (depending on product availability).

Non-Refundable Items
All Jackets are customer Made or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by your local authorities are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
